– The Role Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs A calm and consistent SEND Teaching Assistant who will promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Build positive relationships with students, including those who may display challenging behaviour Encourage student engagement, promote positive behaviour and create a supportive learning environment The Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant Will:
