Casual Exam Invigilators

Stanch ester Academy is recruiting casual, zero-hours exam invigilators to supervise examinations across the academic year. The work centres on preparing exam rooms and materials, supervising students and keeping exam conditions secure and within regulations, then collecting papers and scripts. The post sits within the exams team alongside the Exams Officer, with no fixed weekly pattern as hours follow the exam timetable.

Candidates need an enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preparing examination rooms and materials before exams
• Supervising students during examinations and maintaining exam conditions
• Following examination regulations and procedures at all times
• Remaining vigilant throughout examinations and reporting any issues promptly
• Collecting and returning examination papers and scripts securely
• Working closely with the Exams Officer and other invigilators as a professional team
