HLTA, Teacher Assistant​/ Paraprofessional, Education ​/ Teaching

Highdown School and Sixth Form Centre, part of GLF Schools, is recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning under the SENCo. The work centres on delivering planned lessons and helping pupils with a range of needs to access the curriculum safely. The post is term-time, 39 weeks a year, and sits within a multi-academy trust of 43 schools.

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
• HLTA qualification, or working towards one

• Strong organisational skills, including resource preparation and pupil records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, pupils and parents
