Working closely with teaching staff, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Help promote positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and its commitment to student success.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be patient, caring, and committed to supporting young people.
• Have experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, coaching, or support setting.
• Be confident building positive relationships and managing behaviour effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
