Up to £43,000 per annum ( dependant on experience, not pro rata)

37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our specialist team, supporting students with autism and additional needs.

It might be a student communicating with confidence, overcoming a challenge, building friendships or taking a significant step towards greater independence.

Whether you're an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Inspire, motivate and support students with autism and additional SEND needs.

Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Monitor progress and adapt approaches to ensure every student can succeed. Work collaboratively with families, therapists and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. Promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing alongside academic development. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Experience of working with SEND students, or a genuine interest in specialist education. A creative, adaptable and student-centred approach to teaching. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Committed to creating opportunities for every student to thrive.
