Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you will get hands on experience, developing the knowledge and skills required to perform the necessary tasks to install and maintain Lely equipment.

• Previous service experience in dairy-related industry is preferred but not essential;
• Experience and/or a relevant qualification in service, mechanical or electrical engineering;
• Ability to use computer applications;
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to work in a team;
• Must possess a full valid driver’s license (maximum 3 points);
• Ability to problem solve and multitask with a high attention to detail.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, service & maintenance on Lely products on customers farms;
• Build positive relationships with customers;
• Collaborate with service/ sales colleagues when needed;
• Liaise with Stock Control, to ensure company van is fully equipped with parts required and replenished as required;
• Completion of accurate job-related administration and reports;
• Completion of Lely mandatory training and exams;
