Salary: £36,139 - £48,427 depending on experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Join our dedicated team at Hadyard Wind Farm the first in the UK to generate more than 100MW. You'll play a key part in maintaining a 120MW wind farm with 51 turbines, helping generate clean electricity for homes across the UK

These opportunities are open to entry level Technicians looking to start a career in Renewables through to Enhanced Wind Turbine Technicians looking to drive the change to Net Zero.

• Carry out planned maintenance and fault-finding to keep our 51-turbine site running safely and efficiently. (With another 22 turbines at our satellite sites, Artfield Fell & Balmurrie)
• Help maximise turbine performance
  , ensuring the wind farm operates at its best throughout the year.
• Work with experienced technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance using safe, structured work practices.
• Assist in improving site performance
  , helping us generate more renewable energy for homes and businesses.
• Play an active role in scheduled standby cover
  , supporting the safe and reliable operation of the wind farm (rotational allowance applies).

• A Level 3 qualification (NC/SVQ or equivalent) in a mechanical or electrical discipline, ideally supported by a recognised apprenticeship.
• Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally on wind turbines or heavy plant machinery.
• An understanding of safe working practices, including permit systems and working-at-height procedures.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A willingness to live within approximately 45 minutes of Hadyard Wind Farm, or relocate to meet this requirement.
