The role provides hands-on experience across major generating assets, with formal training, mentoring, and a pathway to advanced authorisation roles. Working with Operations Engineers, Technicians and Maintenance teams, graduates will develop technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a strong foundation for a long-term career in power generation
