Salary: up to 110,000 euro per annum

About the Role

Reed Ireland are seeking an experienced Energy Services & Asset Manager to lead and develop our Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Heating Services, and renewable energy asset portfolio across Ireland and the UK.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maximising asset performance, driving commercial growth, and supporting business expansion within the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-performing energy solutions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Solar O&M and Heating Services teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Enhance operational structures, processes, and reporting frameworks.

• Oversee the delivery of solar PV O&M services and heating installation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate resources and subcontractors to meet client expectations and service level agreements.

• Monitor and analyse performance data from renewable energy assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and asset performance.
• Produce clear and meaningful performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain oversight of company-owned assets and equipment.

• Drive service revenue growth and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Monitor invoicing and departmental cost allocations to ensure financial performance.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A third-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in operations management within renewable energy, utilities, building services, construction, or a related sector.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV operations and maintenance, heating systems, and asset performance management.
• Experience managing commercial contracts, pricing, customer relationships, and service delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience implementing operational processes, reporting systems, and performance frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
