The Development Technologist is responsible for product and technology developments, and for managing improvement projects for existing lines/products.

• Drive product and technology development streams
• Develop new ideas that fuel innovation pipelines
• Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
• Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance
• Participate in product trials at customer facilities
• Manage projects end‑to‑end and in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain

• Scientific principles and practice
• Product applications

• Project management and delivery
• Problem solving & decision making
• Collaboration & working with others
• Communication & influence

• Evidence of strong scientific and technical knowledge
• Several years’ experience in R&D or Supply Chain
• Proven track record of successfully managing innovation projects (including product launches)
