Electronic Test Engineer

The Opportunity:

Service Service is recruiting for a growing engineering company in Worcester seeking a skilled Electronic Test Engineer.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of electronic and electromechanical systems, testing products before they are dispatched to customers. You’ll join a supportive and technically driven team, with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Test a range of electronic products and systems as well as single phase and 3-phase motor control and PLC systems

* Test computer-based data acquisition systems and components using standard electronic test equipment

* Read and interpret schematic circuits and wiring diagrams to understand product functionality

* Write and maintain test procedures, reports, and documentation

* Provide constructive feedback to Engineering and Production teams to support continuous improvement

* Ensure all testing is completed safely and to the required standard

About You:

* Experience testing electronic and electromechanical systems as well as 240V single-phase and 415V three-phase

* Understanding of closed-loop control, solid-state and inverter-based control systems

* Ability to read and interpret analogue and digital circuits

* Methodical problem solver with strong attention to detail

* Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments

* Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
