2nd Line Support Engineer Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Sharepoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking, Backup, LAN, WAN, Wireless. My client is a well established, fast growing and multi-award winning IT Managed Services provider. Due to on-going success and growth they have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be coming from a fast paced, client facing MSP background where you will have gained a range of technical skills and be driven by outstanding customer service.

As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have a broad range f technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Sharepoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking, Backup, LAN, WAN, Wireless. You will have a proven background in both being part of a busy service desk but but comfortable going out to clients sites and doing on-site face to face support when needed.

The role will be based out of their HO in North London initially 5 days a week and moving to hybrid working after probation which will be 3 days office / client site and 2 days from home.
