Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer West Sussex (Horsham) £49,183 rising to £52,612 after probation 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) 06:3018:30 / 18:3006:30
The Role Youll be responsible for maintaining plant availability through a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and continuous improvement projects. The role involves working on a wide range of electrical systems including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and PLCs.
What Were Looking For HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) Strong fault-finding skills across electrical systems and machinery Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automated environments PLC knowledge (Siemens S7 preferred, but not essential) Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings Whats on Offer Competitive salary with uplift after probation Clear progression and ongoing training opportunities Pension scheme, life cover, and retail/travel discounts Stable shift pattern with extended time off
