Graduate Civil Engineer

An established engineering consultancy based in Swindon is looking to recruit a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their growing civils team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build their career within a supportive consultancy that offers hands-on experience, structured development, and exposure to a broad range of infrastructure projects.

You ll be working closely with experienced engineers on a variety of development projects, gaining experience across highways, drainage, and flood risk design from the early planning stages through to construction.

The role will include:

• Assisting with the design of highways and drainage infrastructure projects

• Supporting the delivery of S278 and S38 highway schemes

• Producing drainage strategies and flood risk assessments

• Working with design software such as AutoCAD and Civils 3D

• Attending site visits and liaising with clients, local authorities, and contractors

• Supporting senior engineers with technical reports and project delivery
