We are looking for a motivated individual to join our engineering team as a Trainee Engineering Technician. No previous engineering experience is required – full training will be provided for the right person

What We're Looking For:

GCSE Maths Grade 5 (or above) essential
A genuine interest in engineering, mechanics, or manufacturing
Good attention to detail
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

The Role:

Learning specialist engineering processes
Working with precision components and equipment
Carrying out quality checks and measurements
Following engineering drawings and specifications
Developing fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Maintaining a safe and organised work area
