Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic International Defence business who are looking to recruit an Electronics Trainer on a permanent basis due to growth to be based at their Lyneham depot.

As a Electronics Engineer Trainer, you ll have a role that s out of the ordinary. You ll be at the heart of delivering high-impact technical training to defence personnel. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of engineers in electronics, radar, telecommunications, and avionics systems. Your work will directly support the UK s operational readiness and national security, while advancing your own career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering engaging technical training modules using modern learning technologies
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across defence schools
• Developing and maintaining course materials, assessments and trainee records
• Participating in quality assurance activities to continuously improve training delivery
• Monitoring trainee progress and providing tailored support and feedback

Skills and Qualifications:

• HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. General Electronics, Radar, Electronic Control, Telecommunications, or Avionic Systems) or significant experience in the field
• Willingness to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Learning within 12 months of employment.
• Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering environment
• Proven experience in a relevant working environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
