Process Engineer Wimborne Up to £36,000

Are you a Process Engineer who thrives on precision, structure and improving how things are built?

As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and optimising manufacturing processes to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
  • Managing New Product Introduction, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied
  • Creating and maintaining detailed work instructions and best practice documentation
  • Driving continuous improvement activities across quality, process and delivery performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and investigating variances against agreed manufacturing times
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health and safety standards

As a Process Engineer, your experience will include:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
  • A methodical and process-driven approach to problem solving
  • Confidence working with KPIs, quality standards and continuous improvement tools
  • The ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with HNC in Electrical Engineering desirable
