Senior MEP BIM Coordinator

We are working with a large national multidisciplinary consultancy delivering high-profile projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovation, they provide engineering and design services across multiple sectors including Education, Residential, and Commercial developments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join their BIM and Digital Engineering team.

As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination, development, and delivery of detailed MEP models across a wide range of complex projects. You will work closely with design engineers, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality BIM delivery from concept through to construction.

This role requires a highly capable individual with strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, excellent Revit expertise, and a proactive approach to coordination and clash resolution.

• Lead the production and coordination of high-quality MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate MEP services with Architectural, Structural, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage model federation and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with project requirements, standards, and deadlines.
• Support project teams throughout design and construction stages.
• Review and improve BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Mentor and support junior BIM Coordinators and Technicians.
• Attend design coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce detailed MEP drawings, layouts, schedules, and model outputs for project delivery.

You will work across a diverse project portfolio including:

• Schools and Education facilities
• Residential developments
• Commercial office and mixed-use projects

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Revit MEP / BIM Coordination role.
• Strong experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
• Proven experience coordinating complex MEP services.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction and building services standards.
• Experience using Navisworks for model federation and clash detection.
• Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with in consultancy environments preferred.

• Experience working on large-scale education, residential, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
• Experience with Dynamo, BIM automation, or digital engineering workflows.
