Manufacturing & Operations Lead

We’re looking for a driven, technically strong Manufacturing & Operations Lead to lead delivery, win work and build client relationships.

• Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing and operational delivery—ensuring projects hit quality, budget and deadline targets
• Be the go‑to technical expert for fabrication, welding and operations
• Drive the full tender lifecycle—from pre‑bid strategy to award‑winning submissions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
• Collaborate across engineering, project teams and leadership to deliver integrated solutions
• Champion HSEQ standards, leading by example in safety and quality

• 5+ years’ experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing operations (subsea/offshore desirable)
• Strong expertise in fabrication, welding and interpreting engineering drawings
• Proven experience in tendering, estimating and project planning
• A natural ability to lead, influence and communicate with impact
• A client‑focused mindset with the drive to deliver results
