Executive-Network-Group is seeking a Production Engineer in Shropshire to drive process improvements, enhance OEE, ergonomics and capability, and to specify CAPEX machinery and tooling. You will coordinate NPI and tooling through trial builds and training, and lead MES/Industry 4.0/automation initiatives.
You should have HND/degree in engineering and proven experience in high-volume manufacturing, with strong PFMEA leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
