• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across T Level and HNC/D Engineering programmes.
• Plan engaging lessons and practical learning activities that prepare students for employment or higher education.
• Teach a range of engineering subjects, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD), engineering design, electronics and Electrical Principles, manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.
• Monitor learner progress, providing timely feedback and support to maximise achievement.
• Integrate industry-standard software, equipment and technologies into teaching and learning.
