Pioneer Selection Ltd is representing a Blackburn-area manufacturer seeking a Project Engineer (Controls & Instrumentation). You will lead engineering projects from concept through to implementation, coordinating internal teams and external contractors across a highly automated facility.
Key duties include delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining HSE standards, producing technical reports and updates, and supporting procurement with equipment specifications.
