OCU Group in Neath is launching a 2-year Graduate Programme in commercial management for renewable energy infrastructure projects. You will support costs, budgets, and contract performance, preparing estimates and valuing work completed.
Reporting to the Commercial & Estimating team, graduates gain real responsibility from day one and develop negotiation and analytical skills as you progress through structured training.
