Electrical Engineer / Senior Engineer

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an  Electrical Engineer or Senior Engineer  to join its growing Scotland team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting, technically challenging projects across  healthcare, education, data centres, critical infrastructure, commercial, residential and technology  sectors.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical designs from concept through to completion, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities include:

Producing electrical calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
Designing LV distribution, lighting, earthing/protection and emergency systems.
Coordinating designs with other disciplines and consultants.
Reviewing contractor information and carrying out site inspections.
Attending client and design meetings.
Supporting testing, commissioning and project handover.
Mentoring junior engineers.
Senior Engineers  will also take ownership of larger projects, lead electrical disciplines, manage technical delivery and contribute to client and commercial relationships.

About You
You'll have a degree or equivalent in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, strong technical knowledge and experience with  Revit, AutoCAD, Dialux and OM Electrical .

IEng/CEng or working towards professional registration is preferred, along with experience delivering projects within a consultancy environment.
