iCOMAT is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Lead to manage ME and Tooling across a scale‑up manufacturing plant. You will deliver hands‑on engineering work while also leading teams, setting objectives and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires deep knowledge of composite manufacturing, AS9100 quality practices and experience with PFMEA, MoMs, routings and BoMs. You will drive NPI readiness and collaborate across sites as we expand operations.
