Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + £5,750 Car Allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Overview:

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Methods Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Swindon depot.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse tender documents, specifications, and related technical data.
• Prepare technical proposals and work plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the project management and business development teams to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgeting forecasts.
• Identify potential technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
