A superb opportunity has arisen for aMaintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative senior team within a busy FMCG manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.
Sector - FMCG Manufacturing Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer- Proven maintenance engineering within an FMCG or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in both reactive and planned maintenance within a fast-paced factory.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding knowledge.
- Recognised Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience working on maintenance systems, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer in the UK.
- Experience working with PLCs and the ability to support fault-finding activities.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems and budget management.
- Working for a recognised market-leading FMCG business.
- Competitive salary of £56,000.
