Job Role of the Engineering Team ManagerA fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed for a strong Engineering Team Manager has come to the forefront. You will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, whilst also remaining hands-on and involved in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Manager- Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory.
- Proven experience managing or leading an engineering team.
- Leadership / Management experience.
- Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Experience working in a leadership position within a UK manufacturing environment.
- Experience working within a highly automated manufacturing facility.
- Experience with continuous improvement and engineering reliability.
