We're looking for Graduate Civil Engineers to join our Transportation teams based across Oxford, Chipping Warden and Aylesbury.

Locations: Based at either our Oxford Station project, or HS2 project - Chipping Warden or Aylesbury
Starting Salary: £31,000 per annumwith potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility and project
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, helping to shape the future of construction across the UK.You'llhave the chance to work in a variety of teams, either on-site where the action happens or in a design-based role, depending on where your interests lie.
What will your day-to-day duties include?- Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans, and specifications
- Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success
- Preparing technical reports, documentation, and providing project updates

We're looking for people due to graduate in 2027, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree (or working towards a degree) which is ICE accredited in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in pursuing a career in civil engineering and the construction industry, with clear motivation to learn and develop professionally.
- Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking to assess situations and problem solve with strong attention to detail.
- Shows enthusiasm for learning new skills and knowledge, and the ability to adapt in response to feedback.
- Works effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration, reliability, and respect for others.
- Hold a full UK driver license.
