Project Manager - Net Zero Teeside

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (PO Boxes)

The Opportunity
As activity on the project develops, we're now looking ahead to the experienced Project and Senior Project Management capability we'll need to strengthen our team.

We're particularly keen to hear from people with a strong track record of leading significant mechanical, piping or process packages on major construction and engineering projects.

Your experience could have been gained within:

Major mechanical and process piping projects

Power generation and energy

Petrochemical and process industries

Oil & gasCCUS and emerging energy infrastructure

Major EPC / EPCM programmes

Other complex, highly regulated engineering environments

Relevant technical experience could include mechanical plant and equipment, process pipework, high and low-pressure piping systems, balance of plant, turbines, boilers or HRSG, testing and commissioning. These areas align closely with Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick's established mechanical delivery capability.
Who we're looking for
We're keen to speak with experienced delivery leaders who can demonstrate:

Strong Project Management or Senior Project Management experience within mechanical, piping or process engineering

Leadership of significant construction packages through mobilisation, installation and delivery

Experience in NEC3 or NEC4 Contracts Strong safety, commercial, programme and delivery awareness

Experience coordinating engineering, construction, supply chain and commissioning interfaces

Confidence working with clients, delivery partners, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teamsA track record of leading people and delivering safely in complex major-project environments
