MAG Interactive in Brighton is seeking a Gameplay Designer to define gameplay principles, design levels, and optimize player experiences. This position is perfect for an experienced designer passionate about mobile gaming.
You'll work with a talented team, using player data and insights to create engaging gameplay that retains users. Ideal applicants will have 3-5+ years of experience in mobile game design, particularly with Match-3 titles, and a deep understanding of player motivation and engagement loops.
