Farol Ltd seeks a Centralised Parts Advisor to join the Milton Common head office. You will handle enquiries, process quotations and orders, and support retail customers with accurate parts sourcing using manufacturer catalogues and internal systems.
The role focuses on delivering first-class service across seven depots, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining high standards of customer care in a busy agricultural and ground care environment. 8am–5pm weekdays with Saturday rota.
