Senior Content Performance Executive – 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Performance Executive to join our Flutter UK & Ireland Content team. The ideal candidate has extensive analytical experience, can run SQL, and is knowledgeable in commercial performance forecasting. You will help optimise our Flutter UKI casino games portfolio by recognising trends and analysing customer preferences. Our team focuses on customer safety and supports stakeholders across the business, including global brands.

Note:
This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

• Game Performance Analysis:
  Analyse the performance of casino games, including player engagement metrics, retention rates and profitability.
• Data analysis:
  Ideate and create new reports using data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Competitor Analysis:
  Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay updated on developments in the gaming market. Benchmark performance and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Stakeholder management:
  Collaborate with multiple teams to support and drive content optimisation strategies.

• Analytical skills:
  Proficiency with reporting tools including Excel, Looker, SQL, Redshift; experience with data platforms is welcome.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Understanding of the iGaming industry (preferably casino), including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics.
• Statistical Analysis:
  Strong statistical analysis capabilities with the ability to apply techniques to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
