Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a professional and well-presented  Residential Concierge  to join a prestigious high-end residential development in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who takes pride in delivering a first-class experience while maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Managing enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.

Monitoring access to the building and ensuring site security.

Handling deliveries, parcels, and resident requests.

Reporting any maintenance or security issues.

Ensuring the reception and communal areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable.

Requirements:
Valid SIA badge.

Previous experience in a concierge, reception, front-of-house, or customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Smart, professional appearance.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Right to work in the UK.
