What You'll Be Doing
Handling end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
Processing invoices, credit notes, payments, receipts, and supplier reconciliations.
Supporting credit control activity, including chasing outstanding debt professionally.
Managing the purchase ledger inbox and resolving supplier queries.
Assisting with month-end tasks such as journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity within the accounting system.
Supporting broader finance administration and ad-hoc tasks within the team.

What You'll Bring
Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, AP, AR, or transactional finance role.
Confidence handling both payables and receivables responsibilities.
Strong organisational skills and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Good Excel ability and familiarity with modern accounting software (Sage 200 experience is a bonus).
A proactive, helpful approach and willingness to support the wider team.
