Finance Assistant/Credit Controller – 6 Month FTC
Brighton (Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week)
Up to £27,000 FTE
Full‑Time, Fixed‑Term Contract
What you’ll be doing :- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received on time
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and letter in a professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Reconciling accounts and resolving queries promptly
- Supporting the Finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as required
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident working with Excel and finance/accounting systems
- A proactive team player who enjoys problem‑solving
