Investment Analyst - Acquisitions

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the Investment Team with new acquisitions across best-in-class Grade A Offices, Residential, and Hotels, with a primary focus on London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 18-24 months of experience to join a well-funded investor with a strong appetite for executing deals and gaining hands-on transaction exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update financial models to evaluate investment and development opportunities

  • Assist in the preparation of investment analyses, valuations, and business cases

  • Support acquisition processes, including due diligence coordination and engagement with external advisors

  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis

  • Analyse economic and market indicators impacting investment performance

  • Support the preparation of short- and long-term financial forecasts

  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for the Investment Committee and senior management

  • Support quarterly valuations and performance tracking for individual assets

  • Assist with business development initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, and bank (re) financing discussions

  • Contribute to monthly project reporting for senior management and the Board

  • Provide analytical and ad-hoc support across the business as required

About You

  • 18-24 months' experience in real estate investment, advisory, corporate finance, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling

  • Relevant degree (Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar)

  • Ability to interpret market and financial data with clarity

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external advisors

  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop within a fast-paced investment environment
