Process supplier invoices and match with purchase orders. Process and manage PAYE payroll. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs, including BACS and cheques. Monitor and maintain accurate accounts payable records Manage customs declarations, including Goods Movement Declarations (TSS). Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting as required.
