Location: Mayobridge

Opportunity to join a highly profitable business overseeing the financial operations of multiple companies (circa 10 entities). The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in tax and advisory, combined with a strong background in finance and accounting. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional seeking to make a strategic impact while collaborating closely with the company’s leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tax strategy, compliance, and advisory across the organisation.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, PAYE/PRSI.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies, credits, reliefs, and deductions in line with Irish tax laws.
  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, management accounts, and performance reports.
  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
  • Assess future project opportunities in line with financial goals.
  • Work alongside owners to provide financial insights and strategic advice.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager.

    • Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years PQE in Finance and Accounting.
  • Qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CFA preferred).
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational leadership.
  • Strong track record in tax management.
  • Proficiency in managing complex financial structures across multiple entities.

    • Salary & Benefits:
