** What you’ll do
*** Manage and resolve client queries
* Complete critical operational and financial tasks with accuracy
* Support client onboarding and BAU processes
* Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues
* Produce reports and maintain audit‑ready documentation
* Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
* Provide primary‑level authorisation for specified financial tasks##
** What you’ll bring
*** Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* High attention to detail and disciplined accuracy
* Calm, reliable approach under pressure
* Clear communication skills
* Confidence working with data and Microsoft Office
* Experience in payments, banking, or regulated environments (desirable)
