Management Accountant Temp Perm

As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a hands on Management / Finance Manager to join us on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role This is a broad and varied role, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being involved in both financial management and operational decision making. You will work closely with the owners and senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight while helping to improve processes and controls across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a finance or management accounting role
• Comfortable working in a small to medium sized, owner managed business
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Confident communicating financial information to non finance stakeholders
• Hands on, adaptable and proactive
• Part qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience
