Finance Manager

A client of ours in the Brentwood (East Horndon) area are recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm or 8.00am - 4:00pm. Paying 40,000 - 50,000 per annum depending on experience.

Reporting to the FD, key duties include but are not limited to:

• Weekly reporting of bank figures, creditors, debtors and budget overview.
• Weekly cashflow report
• Checking the CRM for invoicing
• Approving purchase orders raised
• Sending the FD monthly bank statement
• Updating the debtors report and chase late payments
• Bank reconciliation and bank balance kept up to date
• Entering payroll information for 70 employees

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Finance Manager position:

• Accountancy qualified essential (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Experience in using quickbooks
• Proactive
• Ability to work to deadlines and use initiative
• Excellent communication skills
