Tax Advisor, Tax Manager

In a nutshell As a Tax Advisor, you'll advise clients on corporate reconstructions, transactions, in corporations and shareholder exit planning, including management buyouts and company purchase of own shares. WhatYou’ll Be Doing Day To Day
- Advising our clients in areas such as corporate reconstructions, transactions, in corporations and shareholder exit planning, such as management buyouts and company purchase of own shares.
- Preparing initial advice reports, structure planning reports, HMRC clearance letters and reviewing legal documentation from a tax perspective.
- Working with managers and Directors in the owner‑managed business advisory team to deliver tax advisory work.
- Liaising with clients via telephone calls, Teams meetings and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Researching and preparing proposals and scopes for new work.
- Staying updated on tax legislation and policies.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience of tax advisory in the areas above.
- In‑depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
