Mortgage Advisor – Norwich & Wroxham

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that operates alongside its independent Estate Agency group with multiple branches across Norfolk. The mortgage side is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The role is available as either Self‑Employed or Employed, depending on the candidate’s preference.

Key compensation details:

• For Self‑Employed advisors, a split of 60% on leads provided (working in the advisor’s favour) – very generous.
• For Employed advisors, a £30,000 base salary with a monthly validation figure required before commissions of 15% to 25% are paid.

Responsibilities and expectations:

• Provide mortgage advisory services, focusing on high volume and high quality lead source.
• Handle mortgage only position with protection referrals in house; strong protection skill may lead to combined mortgage and protection role.
• Work predominantly within the office for employed candidates or flexibly for self‑employed, with branch exposure seen as beneficial.

Qualifications:

• Existing CAS holder with experience as a Mortgage and Protection advisor.
• Prior broking experience and ideally exposure to Estate Agency (EA).

The firm operates with a full PRIMIS lender and a panel of 15 protection providers, ensuring the best terms for customers with no loading fees on protection.
