Location: Lark Hill
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and confidence working with data‑driven systems. You'll be responsible for core administrative and financial duties to support the smooth running of the operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage sales data in preparation for invoicing
Produce weekly and monthly invoices and customer reports
- Assisting with management accounts
- P11d Tax returns
Prepare nominal ledger journals and reconcile trial balance monthly
Assist with quarterly-in-advance invoicing
Respond to customer queries regarding insurance and QA
Provide ad hoc customer reports as needed
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)
Analytical thinker with high attention to detail
Comfortable working with large volumes of data
Able to follow defined processes and work independently
Experience with Sage and Xero ideally
- AAT level 3 qualified essential
