Your new role

As a Finance Operations Associate, you'll support the day-to-day running of the finance function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with the wider finance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting reporting routines, and keeping core finance systems running smoothly.
What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a practical and organised approach to finance operations, with experience or exposure to:

• Transaction processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank transaction processing and supporting issue resolution
• Weekly and period-end reconciliations of key accounts
• Maintenance and administration of the Time & Materials (timesheet) system
• Monitoring transaction accuracy within finance and timesheet systems
• Processing and reconciliation of business pass-through charges
• Credit card expense reconciliation (e.g. Expensify or similar tools)
• Supporting month-end and quarter-end routines
• Assisting with internal and external audit requests
• Producing standard finance reports from multiple systems
• A willingness to support ad-hoc tasks and provide cover for team members during holidays or absence
