Technical Account Manager ( Graduate Trading, Financial Services, Fin Tech, Financial technology) 3 days a week in the office £55,000 Bonus Benefits A leading Fin Tech (Financial Technology) and provider of trading solutions is seeking a client-focused Technical Account Manager to join its London client services team. Ideally we seek recent graduates with 6-24 months experience in financial services / trading but we are considering candidates with all types of backgrounds who are willing to learn and grow.
Working with hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investment firms, you will act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, strong platform adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction. In the first 3-6 months of the role the successful candidate will be on a rota covering market hours and picking up a variety of client requirements to gain an understanding of the product.
This will grow to then take the ownership of a number of clients. Interest and knowledge of the financial industry and assets that they trade is preferable. We are looking for someone with the drive to learn and grow into the role. Full on the job trading will be provided and there is huge opportunity for career growth while the company quickly scales with increasingly complex and demanding clients across a global landscape.

Desirable Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or brokers. Exposure to cloud-based trading platforms. Python or scripting knowledge.
