Eaton Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded advisory boutique as they expand their Debt team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate to play a leading role in advising clients across the infrastructure and energy sectors on complex financing and strategic transactions.
As an Associate, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day execution of debt advisory and infrastructure advisory mandates, working closely with senior bankers, investors, and clients on high‑profile transactions across the infrastructure and energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across the infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Support the origination and execution of infrastructure corporate finance transactions.
- Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of live transactions and work streams.
- Prepare and review key transaction materials, including teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, pitch books, and other deal documentation.
- Build, review, and supervise the development of complex financial models and valuation analyses.
- Coordinate and assist with transaction due diligence processes.
- Monitor market trends and remain up to date with industry developments and investor activity.
- Work closely with senior team members to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
- Prior debt advisory experience within the infrastructure sector, with strong exposure to infrastructure corporate finance transactions.
- A proven track record of working on completed infrastructure deals, ideally from a buy‑side perspective.
- A strong understanding of the investment criteria and decision‑making processes of infrastructure funds and direct infrastructure investors.
- Experience leading the day‑to‑day execution of complex infrastructure M&A and financing transactions.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- The confidence and capability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
