Fel Swyddog Hawliadau, byddwch wedi chwarae rhan bwysig wrth gefnogi gweinyddiaeth ariannol effeithiol gweithgarwch a ariennir drwy grant ar draws Uchelgais Gogledd Cymru. Gan weithio’n agos gyda’r Rheolwr Prosiect Cyllid, byddwch yn helpu i sicrhau bod hawliadau ariannol sy’n ymwneud â grantiau yn cael eu prosesu’n gywir, yn unol â gofynion, ac o fewn yr amserlenni gofynnol. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys cynnal cofnodion ariannol cadarn, monitro gweithgarwch hawliadau, gwirio dogfennaeth ategol, a helpu i sicrhau bod pob hawliad yn bodloni gofynion cytundebau ariannu grant, gweithdrefnau mewnol a safonau archwilio.
As Claims Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the effective financial administration of grant-funded activity across Ambition North Wales. Working closely with the Finance Project Manager, you will help ensure that grant-related financial claims are processed accurately, compliantly and within required timescales. This will include maintaining robust financial records, monitoring claim activity, checking supporting documentation, and helping to ensure that all claims meet the requirements of grant funding agreements, internal procedures and audit standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain robust financial records for grant-funded activities.
- Monitor claim activity and ensure timely processing of grant-related financial claims.
- Check supporting documentation and ensure claims meet requirements of grant funding agreements, internal procedures, and audit standards.
- Work with project sponsors and colleagues to resolve queries and monitor progress.
- Support the smooth operation of grant claiming processes and contribute to strong financial governance and control.
- Help ensure externally funded projects are supported effectively and funding obligations are met.
- Strong financial administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately and collaboratively in a busy and varied environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with sponsors and colleagues.
