As a Finance Assistant, you'll become a key member of the finance team, gaining exposure across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and financial administration. The company actively supports professional development and will provide opportunities to progress your finance career, including support towards ACCA qualifications and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing supplier invoices and purchase order matching
* Managing accounts payable and resolving invoice queries
* Raising customer invoices and allocating payments
* Managing the aged debt ledger and monitoring outstanding balances
* Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
* Maintaining accurate financial records and accounting data
* Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
* Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting activities
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, or similar role
* Understanding of basic accounting principles
* Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll processing
* Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software (Sage, Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
